Trademarks & Copyrights
Honey & Joy and its affiliates (collectively, “Honey & Joy”, “us” or “we”) encourages readers, contributors, and partners to actively participate in our platform by submitting content such as reviews, posts, comments, photos, and even full articles or blog entries. This user-generated content (UGC) helps create a dynamic, interactive, and inspiring digital experience for everyone.
However, with this opportunity comes the responsibility to respect the intellectual property rights of others. This policy explains how we handle concerns about copyright or trademark infringement in any content that appears on our site—whether submitted by users, third-party partners, or our editorial team. It also outlines how to report potentially infringing content and how to respond if your content is affected by such a report.
For an explanation of Honey & Joy practices and policies relating to the collection, use, storage, and distribution of personal information, please read our Privacy Policy.
2. Our Policy
Honey & Joy takes intellectual property rights seriously and is committed to ensuring that all content published on our platform respects the legal rights of copyright and trademark holders. This includes text, images, videos, logos, branding elements, and other protected works.
All content that appears on Honey & Joy – whether produced by our editorial team or submitted by contributors and users – is considered either original or third-party content (“Third Party Content”). This policy outlines the process for notifying us of potential copyright or trademark infringement and for addressing those complaints promptly and fairly.
2.1 Use of Affiliate Product and Lifestyle Images
Honey & Joy features product and lifestyle images from affiliate partner websites (such as Amazon.co.uk) as part of our affiliate marketing programmes. These images are owned by the respective third-party partners. We use them under the terms of the affiliate marketing licence and solely for the purposes of promoting and linking to products on their platforms.
You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute these images for your own purposes without obtaining permission from the respective copyright holder. Honey & Joy does not claim ownership of these images.
